Should you need to return an item due to any kind of fault, you can return the item for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt of the order. You will be responsible for any costs for returns. If the fault becomes apparent within 6 months of purchase, it can be returned for repair or replacement. If it can’t be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund. This is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you change your mind about an item, it can be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in less than satisfactory condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and the item will be returned to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
